• Once your 25% deposit is paid and cleared, your booking will be confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Remaining fees must be paid by the due date given, otherwise we will attempt to advertise and re-let the caravan and your deposit will be forfitted. 
• Holding deposit of  £75 is required which, which will be returned within 21 days of the end of your stay providing no damage has been caused and the caravan is 'returned' in good condition. This is due with your final payment and will be clearly outlined on your form.
• Gas is included June - August, and is charged at £10 in May and September, £15 in April and October, per week. Short breaks are charged a proportion of this fee. Electricity is charged by meter card at all times. 
• Access to accomodation at 3 p.m. on the date you arrive; please ensure that the caravan is vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the date of departure, leaving the cottage tidy and in tact.
• Please take the time to read the full terms and conditions which will be sent to you with your booking form. When signing your booking form you are agreeing to the terms.
