There is a 35 euro cleaning charge per stay, which is payable when you leave. There is also a security deposit of 150 euros, payable on arrival at the Park. Your security deposit, will, of course, be returned to you on the day you leave, providing the cottage is returned in a good condition. Electricity is included from 1st June to 31st August. Outside these dates the meter is read at the start and end of your holiday, and charged for use (approx 50 cents per unit currently)

*£50 initial deposit secures your holiday until 31 December 2008; 20% deposit to be paid at the end of that time, and remaining payment due 8 weeks before your stay.
